online html editor where i code since doing it in the neocities editor is annoying. be careful since you can't save your work unless you copypaste and the aspect ratio's off but html editors are hard for me to find. i like this one because its immediately responsive.

-pixel safari a fantastic pixel site, also has stamps and blinkies
image color picker i use this bitch for everything. i cannot code without it open in another tab. it's so useful, it gives you hex codes from any picture you want. if you like color schemes you need this site.
sadgrl's tiles backgrounds has a million billion different tiled backgrounds you can save, and try on in the website! when you hover over one it changes the sites background to it.
glitter graphics self explanatory. old internet glitter graphics. some are good, some are ugly. it's like the thrift store of graphics.
bonnibel's graphic collection another pixel graphics site. it has more niche things than pixelbank and is well sorted.
